Full course description
This workshop will provide an overview of the response prompting strategies of constant and progressive time delay. Both strategies will focus on how to implement with fidelity and the type of skills to teach with these strategies. Moreover, the workshop will highlight how reinforcement and error correction should be implemented with time delay. Additionally, information about how these strategies have been identified as evidence based practices for teaching symbols, sight words, and vocabulary. Finally, the use of systematic instruction plans and data sheets using time delay will be highlighted.
