The Inter-rater Reliability (IRR) course is designed to support administrators and teachers in their understanding of the Nevada Educator Performance Framework (NEPF) Teacher Instructional Practice Standards and Indicators by providing course participants an opportunity to practice recording observation and confirmatory evidence of teacher performance on the NEPF Teacher Instructional Practice Standards using videos and vignettes for improved accuracy and preciseness.
