This course is appropriate for educators and licensed personnel engage work with others in an instructional coaching role.
Analysis and adjustment skills are essential to the implementation of effective instructional practices that lead to successful student learning outcomes. During instruction, educators must strategically plan how they will engage students, evaluate student learning, and modify instruction to meet the needs of each learner. This microcredential focuses on how instructional coaches can help educators learn to use a variety of data sources to assess student learning and adjust instruction or modify lessons according to student needs.
