Effective feedback from teachers to students involves providing students with critiques and information that will help them improve their understanding, knowledge, and skills. For feedback to be impactful, it must be actionable, constructive, and specific to the learner's needs. Feedback that provides students direction (actionable), uses positive diction to help students stay focused on improvement (constructive), and aligns with immediate learning goals (specific) can help students improve their knowledge and understanding in every subject. This microcredential focuses on the educator's ability to provide specific, constructive, and actionable feedback to inform students of their progress and to help them grow their academic mastery.
